Purity Testing

The Benchmark Research Standard

At Benchmark Research, quality assurance is built into every step of our process, not bolted on at the end. We believe researchers deserve complete confidence in the materials they work with, which is why every peptide we offer undergoes rigorous, independent laboratory verification before it ever reaches you.

Third-Party Verified. Every Batch. Every Time.

We partner exclusively with independent, ISO-accredited laboratories that specialize in peptide analysis. Every batch is assigned two unique Certificates of Analysis (CoA), which are available with your order and reflects testing performed by analysts with no stake in the outcome. You get the data, unfiltered and unmodified.

How We Test

Our analytical protocol is built around three pillars of peptide verification:

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) HPLC is the gold standard for purity confirmation. It separates and quantifies every component in a sample, allowing us to detect even trace levels of impurities, synthesis byproducts, or degradation products. We require a minimum purity threshold before any batch is approved for release.

Mass Spectrometry (MS) Where HPLC measures purity, mass spectrometry confirms identity. By analyzing the precise molecular weight of each compound, MS verifies that what’s in the vial is exactly what’s on the label, down to the atomic level. No assumptions. No ambiguity.

Endotoxin Testing (LAL) Bacterial endotoxins are an invisible but serious concern in any research-grade material. Our endotoxin screening ensures every product meets strict limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) safety thresholds, giving researchers confidence that their results won’t be confounded by contamination.

Your CoA, On Demand

Every order from Benchmark Research includes access to the corresponding Certificate of Analysis for your batch. We don’t hide results, cherry-pick lots, or release products that haven’t cleared every benchmark. If it didn’t pass, it doesn’t ship.

That’s not a marketing promise. It’s just how we operate.
